How can I prevent a user from submitting a new HR Case via record producer , if there is still an open HR Case for for this user? So only 1 open HR Case per user per HR Service can be possible. So I need it for all the services whenever user clicks submit an alert should appear saying you already have a case opened for this service.

I tried the solution created the business rule but the problem is that we can add only info message and not alert to alert the user. In this case this info message is coming after the case is already created.

Thanks for the reply but I am not sure if it will work for all the HR services. I need common script for all HR services. I will try this and update here.
