Record Producer reaching multiple scopes?

I am working on a Record Producer in the Human Resources: Core scope. The flow that I am creating creates a parent HR Case. After approvals, the HR Case creates a HR Task that NEEDS to be a RITM/SCTASK in the global scope for a particular assignment group to work. Is this possible to complete? For example, 

 

Parent HR Case (HR Scope) (Contract Worker Record Producer: HR Core App)  -> Creates TASK/RITM (Review Professional Services Catalog Item: Global Scope)  -> After completion of TASK/RITM -> Creates HR TASK (Add Contingent Worker: HR Core Scope) -> Creates HR Task  (Review Details Catalog Item - HR Core App)

Hello! This should definitely be possible. It may create an error because it could possibly create a record in the Application Cross-Scope Access table which you would need to update the record to "Allowed" but overall yes this should work.

Hello @KindonC , 

The HRSD application is scoped, and due to sensitive information and security requirements, case data must remain protected. We need to ensure proper visibility controls for cases and their details.

Recommendation:
Create the task within the HRSD scope using Flow Designer and grant access to the appropriate group to perform their activities.
