What exactly is your question? What is the requirement you need to fulfill? 

Check your metrics to see if you have the assignment group metric of incidents available. It will create a record on each change. Within PA you can also track this. Your one liner doesn't give much info to go on.

That's exactly what the metric does. What's your requirement here? Two people are giving you the same answer: check for metrics, because that is exactly what you need. Why doesn't metrics work for you?

Hi @AJAYKUMAR G ,

You can use incident metric to report on specific assignment group. If you only need information when assignment group change from group A till group B, then you need a script to do the trick.
