Hi! How can you show the average cases created per day?
I tried to do this via the Reports Designer > Selected trend type > Selected Average in the aggregation -- but a second field appears where I'm expecting I can select "created or count of cases" (as this is what I need to be averaged, the cases created on a given day). But I don't see "created" as an option. Anyone who has done this or have an idea how else to execute? Thanks in advance!

Though the Reporting application is robust, it cannot calculate on the Opened field. As you noticed, the options you were presented with when you selected Average (i.e. Business Duration or Case Reassignment Count) were fields that could be calculated. For this use case, you would need to use Performance Analytics.

Hope that helps,
