Hi Reddy,

Here is the answer; it depends on which integration you are referring to.

1) Data pushed to Workday integration from HR application -> Change legal name, Maintain contact information, Leave of absence

2) Data pulled from Workday integration into HR application -> Departments, Location, Job Profiles, Worker Profiles, Effective Worker profiles, Future worker profiles

Mark Correct if this solves your issue and also mark Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Thanks
Ankur

I think Reddy has asked this because it is a question the HR Integrations Micro Certification. The wording is exactly the same as in the certification.

As you have stated it is not clear what the question is pointing too. There is nothing in the New York documentation nor the HR Integration learning path regarding this question and the question does not indicate it is related to the ootb workday integration.

However it seems like your answer is correct as the only reference I can find to it is the London Workday Integration Documentation where you see exactly the 3 answers you can select in the micro certification:

By default, the following data is pushed from HR Service Delivery to the Workday service:

  • Change legal name
  • Maintain contact information
  • Leave of absence

However with Madrid Release Workday Integration has been removed from ServiceNow.

So probably the question should be removed from the micro certification anyway as it seems to be outdated...

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,

Could you let me know what is the difference between  Worker Profiles and  Effective Worker profiles.

Hi,

not sure on the exact difference; seems some naming convention from Workday

you could get more details on workday website or blogs related to this
