Response template is not visible to even admin users for the custom workspace

Hi,
There is a custom HR workspace for which we have created one response template for Lifecycle event table.
When we click on response template icon in the contextual side panel even as an admin, no response template is shown to select.
Instead, we see a message - 'No Table Configuration'.
Please find the attachment to look into the message.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

@Afsar Hussain Would you share a copy of the Response Template configuration? What table was the response template created on? It would have to be on the same table that your Onboarding and Probation service is on. Or, it needs to be on the HR Case [sn_hr_core_case] table.
I have not experienced any issues with Response Templates in HR Agent Workspace. We are using the Human Resources: Workspace. Are you using that one or the Agent Workspace for HR Case Management?

I had the same issue, but the reason was that HR service was mistakenly created in other than Human Resource: Core scope. Once I created HR service in correct scope, I could see the Response template in workspace.

Please navigate to All > Contextual Search > Table Configuration
Create a new record for your respective table
Table : HR Lifecycle Events Case [sn_hr_le_case]
UI Type : Workspace
Search Context : Response Templates
