I'm curious if others have a requirement to restrict access to agents/fulfillers if they are the Opened For/Subject Person of the case and how they solved that. We don't want the user to be able to see work notes and case details in this scenario. Employee Relations cases provide something OOB to restrict access for this scenario, but we would like to see this for all COE's. I was hoping COE Security Configuration could maybe help with it, but I'm not seeing a way. Thanks!

Hi @dennisford, you are correct this is done primarily in the ER COE OOTB, as ServiceNow's design for sensitive cases belong in that COE.
If you want to extend this functionality to non-ER COEs, then you would need to build something custom to support it. I recommend query BR as it's the least invasive.

@dennisford And just curious, you still want them to be able to see the case in Employee Center as the requestor persona but not within Workspace as the agent? @Chris Yang is this the result of the ER COE OOTB or is the subject person prevented from seeing the case via any UI?
