Rich description is getting populated to description in HR case even after OOB BR has been disabled.

Hi All,

 

We have inactivated the oob BR Sync "description with rich_description" that copies value from rich_description to description for HR case table. But we can the field being copied to description whenthe case is getting created. I have checked Business rules and client scripts and i could not locate what is actually causing this. I tested for HR task table by inactivating the BR and description field is not getting copied. Please help on this

There are two OOB BRs for syncing description and rich_description.  Have you disabled both of them?
