Hello everyone,
I am learning about HRSD and i have a few concerns about the HR Template.
I will provide my configuration information as follows:
1. I have created a Record Producer as shown below:
2. I have created a lifecycle event and mapped it to the above record producer through an HR Service:
3. I have created an HR Template with Reminder feature as below:
4. I have set the above HR Template as an activity in the Lifecycle Event:
I have the following questions:
1. I have set:
- Due date calculation = 4 Days
- When to send (days) = 1
- Interval (days) = 1
As a result, I did not receive any reminder emails within the 4-day period. Did I configure something incorrectly? Could someone please help me with this?
2. What will happen if I set reminder in HR Template as below? Can someone please explain it to me?
- Due date calculation = 1 Hour
- When to send (days) = 1
- Interval (days) = 1
