Hi,
When user are able to view the HR Service catalog in ESC portal & after submitting they are getting below error.
"Sorry, either the data doesn't exist or you don't have access".
Post Submission of the HR Case No details are visible & from list view the security constrains are there.
User has both HR Basic role. Please suggest.
Note: The issue is not in other sub production instance only in a particular instance. Verified ACL's

No the issue was property which was set to true: sn_hr_core.impersonateCheck. In impersonation we cant read the users tickets
