State is disappearing getting empty after pressing CLOSE COMPLETED in HR Case

Hi 🙂 I got another strange case in our OOTB system.

This is how the screen looks like before pressing CLOSING COMPLETE BUTTON

After pressing CLOSE COMPLETE - the state is empty - like visually only on client side

If I will close this case by X and open again state is filled.

 

Is there any "onChange" there?

I'm not able to find what can cause this.

Any clue please ?:)

HI @Don Dom ,

It's weird!! It's not a OOTB behavior , check my instance :

And there is no "onChange" there.

What you can try is Refresh the browser, Clear the cache and try again.

Is it with all the users?

Yes for all.

There is just one Button in the system - and it is working on backend side not on Woskspace:

There are buttons before CLOSE COMPLETE which also changes status and no issues:

it works when I create a case by some user then I impersonate "assigned to"

But When I create a case as HR specialist and assign to me, go through all clicks in the end status is getting empty.
