Support team on HR case / HR task

Hi, I would like to know the functionality of HR case and task support team.

Docs is saying that employee can contact to the Case support team

I have selected users in their fields but as an employee, could not found who are support users.

Do you know how employee can contact to support team?

There is no functionality OOTB.

I know that employee can type comment there.

In my understanding, this would trigger notification to "Assigned to" but support team would get no notification. So, they can not be aware that employee is asking something to them.

Is there any functionality they can catch the comment addition?
