Survey Repeat Interval triggered by Lifecycle event

Hello

 

I am using Lifecycle event to manage Transfer Request.

In the lifecycle, there is a Survey for manager.

In some cases such as organization change, a manager has multiple transfer cases for his employee. Then manager recieve multiple survey requests and it is a little mess.

Is there any way to create only one survey instance in such case?

 

There is HR satisfaction survey which is triggered when cases are closed and the survey is configured to be sent 50 % and once in a month like below by adding trigger condition.

However this configuration seems not to be applied to the survey triggered from lifecycle...
