We are brand new to our Service Center being live and for this upcoming Open Enrollment period (as we are still utilizing paper applications) plan to create a case based off all paperwork submissions as a way to track and follow up with everyone that there paperwork has been received (this was previously done in email and was a nightmare).
We would like to have a standard message to go out to everyone notifying them that their forms have been received and which forms they were, to review their information on their paychecks, etc. Is there a best way to create this template so that our team doesn't need to retype this information each time?

You can use email template to notify them and then close the ticket.

Create a Resolution code and auto-populate the Resolution message based on selection of that resolution code(onChange script)
