want to change the color of fa fa bell icon in servicenow ecs portal

I don't see an ecs portal on my PDI, but I do see what looks like the same header on the ESC portal (Employee Center). The value being used for color can be changed by updating the Service Portal -> Service Portal Editor -> Branding Editor -> Theme Colors -> Navbar link color.
