Timezones in Scheduled type Trigger in Flow Designer

Hi all , 
I have a flow Scheduled to run daily at 10 .00 am , but it was getting triggered on America/ Los Angeles Time zone by default. I cannot Run the flow at 9.30 pm Los angeles Timezone (whice is 10 am in India ) as it effects the flow logic .
please pour your insights
