To get dynamic emails templates according to record condition in hr agent workspace

Hello,

 

Email template record is created on a table sys_email_client_template filter condition is applied HR service is "relocation" .

On the HR Agent Workspace when the record is created of condition Hr service = relocation that time only above template should be visible on workspace other should not be visible.

 

your help will be appriciated.

@Smita9 HR Agent workspace shows email template on the basis of COE and the filter conditions on the Email template are not evaluated while showing the templates. Unfortunately, this is how it is configured for now.
