Can anyone help me please I have configured the hr criteria for hr transfer case.but those are not visible for gents.

What screen agents are getting?
Are they getting blank screen or any error? (like security constraints).
If you have checked ACLs, pls check if any restrict Query Business rule on the Target case table

Getting as blank. There is no restriction on acl's.
