Translate option in HR Agent workspace

Hi,

 

I am looking for an option to translate the "available" label to another value in HR agent workspace. We have localization available. Can someone point me in the right direction ?

Hi, @Abhishek Chava1 
You are using the Advanced Work Assignment and you want to change the label of the presence, correct?

The presence is defined in the Presence States [awa_presence_state] Table and its translated text is located in the Translated Name / Field [sys_translated] table where Table = awa_presence_state and Value = available.
You can change the label from there.
