Triaging of actual HR Cases monitoring

Hi There,

 

Another requirement.   

Is there a way to generate a report that will show who triaged a ticket?

not necessarily the assigned to field as some tickets are transferred by another group member or supervisor at a certain time.

It will normally appear on the activity stream but looking for a way to extract these events in a report table where corresponding field can be exported in excel.

No. Not unless you update the 'assigned to' on the ticket and use Metric Definitions to check on those 'assigned to' users. It will be customization, so check to see how important this is within your organization.
