turn off SLA notifications

We would like to set up SLAs on HRSD but do not want agents to receive SLA notifications. Our intent is to use SLAs for reporting purposes only and don't want it to actually affect the agent. Is it possible to set up SLAs without notifications or to turn them off for all agents or COEs?

Hi @Melissa Ma ,

 You can check the email logs, then you can open the record & you will find corresponding notification that was used. Accordingly you can alter the condition.

For Example:

In Email logs just see which notification is triggering and I'm assuming it should be 'SLA warning' notification and make add condition like below:
