UI ACtion on Attachment related list

Hi All,

 

I have 2 instace where UI action "New" is visible and present on the attachment related list.

In the normal UI it is present but in the workspace it is not visible.

Checked the both instaces we have unchecked the workspace form button is unchecked. But it is visible in one instance and not in other instance.

I have checked in the action layout table as well no records

did you try to deactivate that Related List Action and see the New button is coming from there only or from some other place?

I have deactivate the ui action but it is still coming in both workspace and normal UI as well.

I have checked there is no UI action is there on the sys_attachment table. I verified in the workspace UI builder same configuration is there. What could be the reason is there anything we need to check on the acl part ??

since you deactivated it means it's not coming from there

Seems you need to find the exact component from where it's coming

OOTB I don't see that related list on HR Record in workspace

Also it's a Defined Relationship added in native workspace view and hence visible in workspace

I impersonated with HR Tier 1 Agent and is able to see New button

Could you please let me know how you added that new button in the workspace
