There are few ui actions which i can't see them on HR workspace but can see on form . This is happening in vancouver.

@puja kumari Did you have the "format for configurable workspace" selected on those UI Actions? I am assuming you are not working in the configurable workspace since you mentioned the scope and it is not the configurable workspace scope (Agent Workspace for HR Case Management) but if you can verify, that will help. If you are not using the configurable workspace, I recommend you start to plan to make the move since the configurable workspace is where we are investing in the road map.

so did you find something common in those UI actions?
was this working fine prior to upgrade?

Its working fine in Utah upgrade , same ui actions i'm not able to see on HR agent workspace even after creating in Hr agent workspace scope.
