unable to see HR Case Record History in agent workspace for hr case management

As an admin i should see the Record History but am unable to see the HR Case Record History in agent workspace for hr case management
Please help on this.

for none of the HR cases you are able to see Record History?

did you check some ACL etc is blocking?

for other records like INC, PRB etc also it gives no access to this table "sys_history_line"?

I am admin in my PDI and I can see it

try giving "sn_hr_core.admin" role to that admin and then logout and login

I tried this earlier in my PDI, and it didn’t work initially. After updating the plugin, I was able to see the history in PDI. Similarly, I updated the application in the sandbox, but it’s still not working—possibly because the Case SRP page update was skipped. That might be the issue.
