Unable to set Reminders in HR agent Workspace as an Agent

Hi All,

 

On clicking on New button (as an HR Agent) on Reminders its giving me an error "Security constraints prevent access to requested page" .  But working fine when I tried as an Admin.

 

What could be the possible issue ?

Hi @krishna129 ,

 

It may be due to some ACL. Also, previously issue was seen but it was fixed in Rome Patch4. (Please check below link) 

Add a Create .* ACL "on the [sn_hr_core_reminder] table in "Human resources Core Scope", and add the 'sn_hr_core.case_writer' role in the ACL.
