Hi, I have created the FR translations for Hr service name, value & description field values respectively in sys_translated_text table.
Only Hr service name showing the translated value when tested. Value & description field values are not getting translated.
I have also tried changing the user preferred language to french and then added the translation values to these fields but still only Hr service name value got translated.

It is because HR service name is of type 'Translated Text' hence you are seeing translated value for Hr service name, whereas Value and Description fields are of 'String' hence they won't get translated no matter what. 🙂 so you can try changing Value type to Translated text and see if that works. But you should not change OOB behaviour hence this is not recommended. Mark my answer as correct if that helps.
