I wanted to ask if any of you know which is the more basic role that a Triaging Agent might need to create HR Cases from a UR Record, they already have this roles from an OOB group named Universal Request,
sn_uni_req.universal_request_write
sn_uni_req.routing_agent
interaction_agent
sn_uni_req.universal_request_read
