Hi all,
In my current implementation we would like the HR team to have a task to upload an unsigned contract in the lifecycle event in ServiceNow.
After the contract is uploaded, we would like the employee / new hire to sign the document using DocuSign, integrated with ServiceNow.
What would be the best solution for this? I tried to have a task as DocuSign URL but the system is not accepting that. Surprisingly, I was not able to find any information regarding this in the documentation or in community.

Hi Lorenzo, i was wondering if you were able to setup the ServiceNow - Docusign solution for onboarding. I was wondering how you deal with authentication of the candidate/new hire in Docusign.

@Lorenzo8 Customers are doing integrations with Docusign as part of the onboarding experience but are not uploading dynamic documents by the Agents. Remember that Docusign will need to know who the signer is and map that to the appropriate individual. This is where the DocuSign integration can help, but not in the dynamic nature that you are looking for. This contract (template) would need to be configured in Docusign or ServiceNow, depending on how you want the integration to function. The key is specifying the people to sign and Out of the Box, just uploading a contract by the Agent would not facilitate this. This integration depends on the DocuSign spoke in IntegrationHub, and is enabled for the signing of ad hoc documents (HR PDF document templates) and DocuSign templates. Hi, but how will this than work for candidate where there is no HR profile exist for. Example if you want to generate a contract, send it to docusign and inform the candidate to sign it in docusign. How will docusign recognize the candidate as a one time signing person. Will this for example work with sending the candidate a unique url to docusign where he/she can sign the contract. After that the candidate do not have any access to docusign.
