Using Adobe Sign in an HR Lifecycle event/ Journey - how to create an HR Task that includes AdobeSig

We have installed Adobe Sign, added some document templates to adobe, connecting them into ServiceNow and cannot find information on how to configure an HR Template for an Activity within our onboarding event. There are only the choices for  e-signature or acknowledgment documents. 
Our Adobe Sign reps are not familiar with using Adobe Sign outside of a UI Action. HELP!

Unfortunately, the Adobe Sign an HR is deprecated. We are stuck
