Hi All,

I am following the course of HRDS Implementer(Path)  - Human Resources (HR) Simulator (San Diego) Course.

In the following course, I have difficulty in the establishing HR Criteria and User Criteria Content.

Even though I created exactly as written in the course, I am receiving the following failure message :

Please validate you have created an HR Criteria record for full-time employees who have been with th...
Please validate you have created an HR Criteria record for full-time employees who have been with th...

1. I added both FTEs with 1 year or more and a with 1 year less.

2. I added the condition mentioned in the course

3. I activated user criteria

Any advice that validate the following tasks?

Thanks in advance.

Make sure you have created User Criteria in Global Application Scope and not in Human Resource: Core Application Scope

Hello @hunjungim ,
I hope you are doing great,

I followed the same courses (HRSD : Fundamentals + Implementation), and I faced the same issue : but after a while I realized that, even if we create "HR criteria" as described in the task, when we edit the record producer , the fields "available for" / "not available for" display "User criteria" and not "Hr criteria" : so I read the description of the task and I realized there is a little mistake : instead of "hr criteria " it must be written "user criteria" :

And, in order to create the "user criteria" from "hr criteria" , there is a link in the "hr criteria" that allows to do that :

So when we return to the record producer, and we click "avilable for" :

And we add it and we continue the Task.

I hope this helps all people who gets stacked at this problem in the future.
