Dear Experts,
I am looking for a way to add variables editor on the HR Task, I configured the formatters in System UI, but it is not working. My requirement is like below.
- The user submits a record producer to create a case
- HR Task 1 is created and assigned to the manager of the subject person
- The manager should have the ability to adjust the variables in the variables editor section. This is to correct the information submitted by the user.
- HR Task 1 will be closed by the manager
- HR Task 2 will be created and assigned to the respective payroll team for action. Variables editor should be present here too.
- The payroll team closes HR Task 2 which will complete the case
I am planning to handle HR task creation via a workflow.
Please advise on the variables editor for HR Tasks.

Hi,
If your record producer target table is HR Case then I doubt on how you can show the variables on HR Task
please share what you have configured so far

Hi Ankur,
Even I am under the impression that it is not possible. However, I would like to ask an advise on how to accomplish the below.
1. User submits a record producer
2. Manager should review the data submitted by the user is correct. If not, adjust the data and approve
3. The Payroll team will do the needful and close the request
Should I do it in one case or add a separate HR Task to Manager and Payroll team and drive this via a workflow?

Hi,
Since the HR case might be for different team but the Payroll will be separate activity you can create HR Task for this
