VIP Column in the agent workspace

Hi All,

 

I have a requirement to bring the VIP column of the impacted user in the Agent Workspace list view. 

Initially i configured the list layout with Agent workspace view to get the column , but it is not reflected in the instance nor in the agent workspace . How to achieve this.

Hi @phr,

 

Are you making this change in the view called 'Workspace'? Also, are you using the legacy Agent Workspace or the newer Service Operations Workspace?

I'm trying to use it in the Legacy Agent workspace.

I'm wondering if there is some other view that is getting rendered in the workspace instead of the one you configured. Could you please check?

Hi @phr ,

Have you activated any Plugin for Workspace?

Field " VIP column of the impacted user" which is visible in Legacy workspace for "workspace" view?

If you want to show the field from workspace, so that please change the respective view and bring the field from "Available" to "Selected" portion.
