How can we add an additional layer to the OOB security rules on ER by restricting ER cases from being viewed/visible in list by the people who opened them too (opened_by)
Any idea as well where servicenow is setting the self-service view for Opened For on ER cases?

HI no, I have seen these docs and it's managed by groups. We are restricting it to anyone who is eligible to create an ER case, that the case is hidden from them, similar to how it is applied to Opened for (view maybe) or non ER employees.

Can you use the field Opened for/Approver view, which lives on the HR Service record?
