HRSD: Work Note Attachments

Hello - we are live with HRSD Case Management - one issue we're running into is employees still emailing individuals/agents directly. We are wanting to drag/drop attachments into an HR Case for agent reference only, and not visible/viewable by the employee/subject person/requestor directly.

 

ASK: How could this be possible?

@Ashley Carlson  There is a new feature in HRSD (in the Washington DC release) that allows additional security on documents. You can find more information here, that seems to help for your use case.
