Hi Team,
I am facing an issue while configuring virtual agent. after some time, chat get disable and showing message above as attached snap.
however, when I am going to "sys_cs_context_profile" this table and click on "Test" then it will start working, but after some time again the chat get disabled and display the same error message "I am having technical issue..........................."
please help me to resolve this issue.

Please inspect the browser and see if there are any error messages in console log.

Hi there,
In 9 out of 10 cases at least, when getting the "I am having technical issue" message in Virtual Agent, there is very good information written to the logs. So what is this providing you? And if still having trouble, please share those logs.
