How to update fields in Transfer Case Modal in Agent Workspace Yokohama Version

I have a requirement to change the Transfer Reason in the Modal to be a dropdown selection and save it to a custom field to make it a reportable field. But I cannot find where I can configure this field. 

Does anyone from the community help me with this?

I checked UI builder with the variant Case, but it's already deprecated.

Hi @pjftenorio,

This modal is not editable that way via out of the box methods and changing this would require customizations.

This post shows how someone made changes to the Cancel Modal which you could use as an example.

For the customizations, you mean that we need to start from scratch for creating new Transfer Case UI Action?

Would you know where we can find the configuration of "Transfer reasons" field in that modal?

You can create a new ui action or modify the existing one. The post I shared shows how someone made changes to their modal fields.
