I want to control the visibility of the HR task based on the selection of the choice from request type field on hr case
So when Request type is selected as type 1 then only HR Task type 3 amd HR Task Type 4 should be visible and rest should be hidden.
If request type is selected as none then all the HR should be visible.
How to proceed with this requirement. What should be the approach and logic to achieve this..?
Is this achievable or not?

Why are you creating tasks that nobody is supposed to see? Update the logic that you simply don't create them, then they aren't visible.

@kumaar can you help elaborate your requirement in more detail
Whether you want to hide it from specific group, resolver roles etc
because even if you hide it, & no one resolves the HRT, it won't allow you to close the case

Hello Kumaar,
If it was one condition, I would have recommended you to configure HR Service( setting fulfillment type as ServiceActivity and create HR Task)
However in your case there are several conditions, so better approach would be is to use flow designer with required conditions and create tasks.
Thanks

Hello @kumaar ,
Could you please provide your requirements in more detail?
We can implement this based on group, user, and role conditions, etc. as per your stated requirements. However, the current request doesn't specify any of these."
Thank you.
