want to stop this pop up when creating HR ER case

login to HR agent workspace and create new HR ER case , below pop warning comes up " The involved party is not associated with the specified case" need to stop this pop-up any idea?

This will require investigation on your instance. Please verify if its customization. If not and your implementation is OOB I would recommend you create a case on now support.

Hi @Chaithra  ,

This Error message is not OOTB, i just checked in my instance, while i create a ER case, i don't see that error message:

You will need to check with your internal team members or the devlopers who has worked on it before .

Also, if you want to investigate, you can check the client scripts running on this Case record which is displaying this error.

Even if you want to create the HR case for inactive user, i don't see that error message, it's a custom one at your instance.

Let's take a user who is inactive:
