How to hide or disable Response Template and Fulfillment Instructions on HR Agent workspace

Is there any way to hide or disable Response Template and Fulfillment Instructions on the sidebar of HR Agent workspace (configurable)?

Hello @Avdhoot  - 

I believe all of that would be controlled within the UI Builder for the workspace.

Unfortunately, the variant for this is protected by a Read-Only Policy from SN:

And if you try to Edit Content from here, nothing changes:

When I try to mark the Active field as False, and then Save the record, it never truly saves the change. I believe due to the Read-Only Protection around the Variant itself.

You could maybe try using Audience as a way to hide certain tabs / Contextual Sidebar items.

Otherwise, you may have to duplicate the Variant and then edit form there.

Duplicate the variant and make your required changes. In order to make that variant visible instead of the OOB variant ensure your variant has a lower value of order. If the OOB page has order 0 then your variant should have an order in negatives(-1)

Make sure you create a Page variant of the your page using UI Builder.

Then, follow the Steps mentioned to Hide the Options :
