Watch list external email not working in workspace

Hi, we have a requirement to have the watch list field accept external emails for HR Cases. After modifying the dictionary override for HR Case in the Watch list dictionary, we were able to make it work in the native platform UI. After checking in the HR Agent Workspace, we can't see the email field, just the reference field. Is this another ServiceNow Workspace limitation?

Apparently, it's already working. I just needed to type the email and not use the magnifying glass icon.
