Dear Team,

 

We are integrating our ServiceNow with SAP SuccessFactors(Using IntegrationHub) to retrieve employee HR profile data from SAP SuccessFactors by following attached document.

 

And we are getting the below error while configuring the Credentials for REST API

 

Navigation: All --> IntegrationHUb --> Credentails --> New

When you select "Get OAuth Token" from the Related Links, are you able to successfully log in with credentials?
