HR Agent Workspace - Interaction is associated with the HR case and vice versa when viewing the HR case from the Interaction record with the help of "Associate record" feature.
An agent can also manually add a connection between an Interaction and a Case by using "Associate record" on the Interaction form.

Hi,
Is there a way to stop the automatic association of the HR Case when viewing the HR Case from the Interaction? We are facing issues where agents unknowingly opens a case from the interactions and it gets associated without any logs in the activity stream.
