why HR tasks are not access by members of assignment group?

Hi All,

Actually we have one main case table and few child tables to this, Actually for one of the table "Health"  when we create a case it will assigned to group and if i create a task as admin , i should able to see, but when impersonate as group member then he not able to access , it was like below,

this is only happening for only one child table for remaining its working fine

 

Please help me to complete this

Hi @Ramu6,

 

Some read ACL are restricting for user. whom your impersonated. Try to check ACL on the child table.

@Ramu6 From the screenshot it is evident that your group members do not have read access on the 'Health' table. Please check the read ACLs defined on the Health table and add the appropriate role in it to allow the access to the group members.
