Facing issues in HR kowledge Categories

Hi,

I am facing some issue in HR Knowledge Categories.

 

1. There are 13 categories are present in HR Knowledge base. as a admin I can see 13 categories. but I impersonated any one of the end user, they can see only limited categories..but they have access to the articles which are present inside the categories. (FYI ) The end user have access to the Knowledge base and the articles..there is no acl for those categories. Could you please give me solution for this.

 

2. The user can see limited HR categories like 7 or 8. But when they click any one of the category, then all the categories are visible to them..There is no subcategories like that.

Without screenshots it's difficult to visualize your unique case, but my best advice is to check the folllowing:

 

1. Have you made sure all such Categories are active?

2. That all Categories have KB Articles in them

3. That they are Published

4. That any User Criteria is being passed KB Article level?

5. Check your Categories have their Parent ID and Parent Table (kb_knowledge_base) set correctly

Thanks for the reply..I checked it all of them...all are set is correctly...Eventhough If I miss something...Why all the user doesn't face the issue..Only some of them having that issue.
