Hi Deepika,
Are you sure your values are 100% correct (check the XML)? Is this UI Policy running on the same view (Workspace, UIB, Default, GLOBAL etc.)? And most importantly, if you say that the "HR Service is different" do you have the same CoE table?
Cheers,
Julian

if those 2 RPs are different then why not have separate UI policies?

Basically those are RP's , but have most of similar fields, and more over on the portal side we have different ui policies only, but on the backend for first RP, we have created fields to map with these variables, now two RP's are refering same COE, because of that i have map these 2nd RP variables map with already created fields (which are for 1st RP).
On the Backend we have already ui policies for those fields, but those are not working when Case created through 2nd RP
Basically two RP's are mapped with same fields on the backend, so already we have ui policies on those fields and working fine for first RP, but not working for Another RP,?
if we are create different ui policies on same field, i think it will create messy?
Thanks

Hi @Deepika61 ,
How many UI Policy you have created for 2 different RP with same fields ? If different UI policies with same fields i would suggest please change order of UI policy & check it.
Please mark as helpful or correct if my suggestion helpful.
