Worknotes is not getting captured in activity stream

Hi team,

While creating new cases from HR Agent workspace, there is a worknote field. The value entered in worknotes field is not getting captured in activity stream section.

How can we resolve this issue ?

Please guide

Hi @Drishti ,

For comments and work notes to show in the activity the table itself needs to be audited.

1. Go to sys_dictionary and find the 'Collection' type record for the table with the issue: For you it will HR Case table.

2. Open it and mark the 'Audit' checkbox. Save.

Hi @Drishti ,

Did you turn on the work notes and additional comments in the filters?
Next to the tab ''Activity'' there is a filter option, if you click on that, you can add or remove ''Post types''.
In there, you also see the comments and work notes. If selected, they should be visible. If not, they will not be shown.

Small note, this is a personal setting. So if you select or unselect, other users will not be impacted.
