To get started, simply answer the questions in the application, and then upload some of your proudest community contributions from this year.
A Few Things 📋:
✔️ Membership: All candidates should fill out the online application form completely. This entails answering the questions and then providing links to your content contributions. For existing Rising Stars, you are also strongly encouraged to 1️⃣ upload recent content that demonstrates your continued impact and 2️⃣ revisit your application to make sure the information is up-to-date. The application closes on July 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM PDT.
An announcement highlighting all Rising Star members will be shared by early September! If selected, your membership will be valid until the following Rising Star nomination window begins.* All Rising Stars are expected to continue posting community content that demonstrates your awareness of the ServiceNow ecosystem and/or your hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow AI Platform. Additionally, Rising Star members are required to uphold the Code of Conduct agreement at all times. 🌏🌍🌎
*Please note: If you are also interested in applying for ServiceNow MVP during the nomination window in December, then you can still apply here. However, once you are inducted into the ServiceNow MVP Community Program, your membership as Rising Star will become deactivated. You cannot be a ServiceNow MVP and Rising Star at the same time.
✔️ Selection Criteria: Your application may be considered for selection if you are a ServiceNow Community member who (1) upholds the Community Code of Conduct and (2) post original replies, answers, blogs, and other contents that demonstrate your product knowledge and experience in the ecosystem. ✔️ Guidance & Mentorship: When you are selected to join this program, you are introduced to resources and opportunities that may further develop your reputation as a ServiceNow practitioner and content contributor. You are also encouraged to opt-in for potential mentorship activities that may be built into the program. We recognize that the Community Experts Program will continue to evolve as we strive to meet the needs of our growing community.
