What will I learn when I become a CTA?
The CTA program isn’t another product certification. It’s designed to help you become the best of the best, growing your technical and professional capabilities to become a trusted advisor to your organization. When you enroll in the CTA program, you will:

  • Learn how to turn complex business demands and technical requirements into enterprise-wide architectural blueprints and high-value roadmaps.
  • Develop the communications, collaboration, and negotiation skills to build support and gain momentum at every level of your organization.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of leading practices that dramatically increase the likelihood of successful go-lives and rapid end-user adoption.

How does the CTA program work?
The CTA program is an approximately 14-week virtual course. You’ll need to commit approximately 8 hours a week, including 2 hours of live sessions, 3 hours of self-paced on-demand training, and 3-4 hours of small group activities. At the end of the 13 weeks, there’s a final oral certification exam based on a case study.

Each week, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with our Master Facilitators in interactive online sessions, and you’ll also complete a bi-weekly assessment, so you’ll know how you’re progressing. You’ll also work in small groups on a weekly case study to grow your skills, share your experience, and build long-lasting relationships with other ServiceNow professionals.

Do I qualify for the program?
As I said before, this is a prestigious certification program, and it’s designed for experienced ServiceNow professionals. To qualify, you’ll need a minimum of three years hands-on ServiceNow platform experience, up-to-date Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer certifications, and two other Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
