MVP 2026: My Community Power

Two-Time ServiceNow MVP | CTA Certified Technical Architect

Hey ServiceNow community! I'm Dinesh Kumar Raghu — a two-time ServiceNow MVP and a CTA (Certified Technical Architect) with 10 + Years of ServiceNow experience. If you've bumped into my content online or met me at a meetup, you already know I love sharing what I know. If this is your first time hearing about me, welcome — I'm really glad you're here.

Outside of work and community, I'm a proud husband and dad to the most curious 3-year-old baby girl who somehow manages to inspire me to keep learning and growing every single day.

What do you create?

Be specific — where can the community find your content?

I create content across multiple platforms; all focused on helping ServiceNow professionals' level up — whether they are just starting out or are already deep in the platform. On LinkedIn, I regularly post practical insights, quick tips, deep dives, and community updates. On YouTube, I publish structured tutorial videos and go live to cover the latest ServiceNow releases and features as they drop — real-time, no filters. I also post short-form videos and quick visual breakdowns on Instagram to reach people who prefer bite-sized learning.

Beyond social media, I write long-form articles and technical blogs directly on the ServiceNow Community platform, and I contribute to discussions, answer questions, and engage wherever I can add value.

📝 ServiceNow Community: About DineshKumaR6579 - ServiceNow Community

How did you get that started?

What was the spark behind your community journey?

Honestly, it started with a simple mindset: I never want to just know something — I want to share it. Early in my ServiceNow journey, I realized there was a gap between what practitioners actually needed to know and what was easily findable online. So, I started creating the content I wished had existed when I was figuring things out myself.

I didn't start with a big plan. I started with one post, one video, one idea. What kept me going was the response from the community — people reaching out to say something I shared helped them pass a certification, land a role, or solve a problem that had been blocking them for weeks. That feedback lit something in me that hasn't gone out since.

Over time, I also started speaking at meetups and eventually organizing them, because I believe in-person energy and real conversations take learning to a completely different level. I always try to bring something new, think outside the box, and ask myself: "What hasn't been done yet that this community actually needs?" That question drives everything I do.

Why do you keep sharing?

And — how many times have you been named a ServiceNow MVP?

I keep sharing because the community gave me something that no certification or job title ever could — a sense of belonging and purpose. Every time I publish a blog, go live on YouTube, or take the mic at a meetup, I'm paying that forward.

There is also something deeply personal about it. As a CTA, I operate at the highest technical level in the ServiceNow ecosystem, and I feel a real responsibility to make that knowledge accessible — not just to architects, but to developers, admins, business analysts, and even people just exploring the platform for the first time. If I can shorten someone's learning curve or open a door they didn't know existed, that matters to me.

And at home, watching my little girl figure out something new every single day reminds me that learning is a lifelong adventure. She keeps me curious. She keeps me humble. And she's a big part of why I keep showing up for this community with everything I have.

I have been named a ServiceNow MVP twice — and each time, it has meant more than I can put into words.

Let's Connect & Grow Together

If you are reading this and we haven't connected yet — let's fix that. Whether you want to collaborate, have a question, or just want to say hi, find me on LinkedIn or drop a comment in the community. This platform grows when we grow together, and I am always here for it.
