How did you get that started? My journey began in 2018 within the UK’s Higher Education sector, where I quickly realized that being a "customer" didn't mean I had to struggle through platform hurdles alone. I decided to move from simply consuming community knowledge to actively contributing, starting with "Ask the Experts" webinars and sharing my own lessons learned. That leap of faith took me from being a 2024 Rising Star into the MVP program, and I haven't looked back since.
Why do you keep sharing? How many times have you been named a ServiceNow MVP? I keep sharing because I genuinely enjoy giving back to the community that supported my own growth; there’s a unique pride in helping a peer overcome a challenge I once faced. I am incredibly humbled to be named a ServiceNow MVP for the second consecutive year (2025 and 2026).
